How do I care for your toys?
When it's time to clean wooden toys, trying to wipe with a fry cloth first. If a damp cloth is need to remove dirt, moisten the cloth just to clean. Wipe away moisture and let it air dry. As the final step - add some linseed oil and polish the toy (for non-painted toys)
Where are your products made?
All our products are manufactured in Russia. For our toys we use natural and eco-friendly materials like different species of wood, linseed oil and water-color paints. All materials are safe for children and environment.

What is your current turnaround time?
As our toys are handmade we take time for processing. At the moment it's 2 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping fee starts from $7.99 (for US). Depending on the weight the cost may vary.
- To combine postage when buying multiple items, contact us and we will send you a personalized card with an adjustment of shipping!
How can I track my order?
- You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. We send this email as soon as the item is shipped. If you are sending a gift, the recipient will not receive this tracking number, only you who purchased it.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all our products all over the world.
Can I make an order and have it sent as a gift?
Because we send so many direct gifts, all orders are sent without a receipt and ready to enjoy. If you'd like to leave a gift message, please do so in the field at checkout and we will include it with the package.
